About The Workshop
STUDENTS AND OTHER LICENSED ACUPUNCTURISTS WORKSHOP: October 25, 2025
​This workshop will teach basic concepts of functional neurology to assess damage from stroke with attention to motor impairment and speech issues. Neurological assessments and treatment strategies will be discussed and demonstrated using a multimodal approach to address stroke symptoms. Some strategies include electro-acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, and a few neurological rehabilitation techniques to enhance acupuncture treatments.
This class was designed to build the bridge between TCM and Western medicine.
There will be hands-on practice for neurological assessments and therapeutic techniques.​
